Lovely quiet hotel near city centre. Bar for drinks was excellent. Very reasonable price for dinner. Arbroath smokie for breakfast was delightful and a unique experience.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Great enclosed beer garden out back to sit and have food and drinks. Food is homely tasty and nice size portions. Toilets clean.

Lovely family run hotel. Owners are very welcoming. Good food, lovely clean rooms and a beautiful garden to sit andcrelax in. Would highly recommend.

Stayed here last night lovely staff… and extremely comfortable bed very clean bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities hairdryer and beautiful gardens ! Only dossointed I didn’t stay for the breakfast ! Hotel It’sself is cosy and can’t fault it one bit. Would stay again
